[email protected] To reschedule an appointment, visit your patient portal and click on the appointments tab. From here you will be able to select a new date a time. Your provider will be able to view this reschedule request and accept or deny the request at which time you will receive a notification.
Reminder that per AHHCC’s financial agreement there is a $45 fee for cancelling or rescheduling of an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment (excluding Medicaid). This policy is at the discretion of the provider so please discuss it with them at your next appointment if you have any questions or concerns.
